Michael is an educator for all levels, all learners and all areas of music. I have had Mike out twice to work with my middle school bands and jazz bands. The kids loved working with him and learned a great deal while he was with us. He is positive, and fun while engaging and motivating. On a personal note we have been friends for over 4 decades, growing up in the same hometown. He is a friend I can depend on, someone to talk shop with and someone to make you laugh. I highly recommend Michael for any level ensemble to inspire your student musicians.

There are not many people like Mr. Palermo out there! Is dedication to his students and his music are what makes him one of a kind. He has such a talent for creating music, understanding, music and teaching music. I was very blessed to have them as my music teacher for four years and also as an adult as a friend. There’s no one else I would recommend in the music world to teach other students.

I worked with him on his Passions and Dreams Record. He asked me to play the guitar parts and as a young kid, I was jacked. This man taught me so much. Patient, extremely organized, and a terrific saxophonist. Most of all, a true heart of gold. He not only would give you his last dime, but humble to share his knowledge. Great musician, amazing saxophonist, and an even better person.
